HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAM?
Start by creating an account on our website – it’s free!
To do so, simply click on the “Rewards” tab on the right side of your screen. (If viewing from your mobile device, you may only see a “heart icon” in the lower right corner of your screen). Once you’re logged in, you’ll automatically start earning points.

DOES IT COST TO JOIN OR PARTICIPATE?
Nope! Our points & rewards program is completely free!
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Each time you make a purchase, you earn points! You may also earn points for things like following us on social media, leaving a review, or celebrating your birthday (if you choose to add it).

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Log into your account, go to your rewards dashboard by clicking on “Branded & Labeled Points & Rewards Program” to see how many available points you have. Once you have at least 500 points, you can redeem them for coupons to use on your next purchase.
To redeem, click on the “Rewards”g tab to the right, then click on the “Claim” tab. From there you can select your available coupon.


CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE REWARD AT ONE TIME?
Not at this time, our system only allows one discount code per purchase.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Nope! As long as your account remains active, your points will not expire.
DO I EARN POINTS ON GIFTCARD PURCHASES?
Yes! Purchasing a gift card earns points. Just note that when using a gift card to pay for an order, that purchase does not earn points.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN AN ORDER?
Should you need to initiate a return, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account once the return is processed.
CAN I EARN POINTS ON PAST ORDERS?
No, points are only awarded on orders placed after creating an account and joining the program.
