Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are at our discretion.
  • Trademarked or copyrighted items require proof of ownership or permission.
  • A non-refundable design fee applies to custom items.
  • Once the design fee is paid, customers receive a direct link to checkout and a code for crediting the design fee. Materials purchase and printing begin after payment.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for local customers only.

  • We will notify customers by email when orders are ready.
  • Customers must confirm pickup time within 24 hours of scheduling changes.
  • If an order isn’t picked up within 7 days and no arrangements are made, it will be considered abandoned and donated. No refund or store credit will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within our stated turnaround time. Delays may occur due to high volume, holidays, or shipping carriers.

Note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package is with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted for online store credit only. See our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on our site including designs, product images, logos, copy, and graphics is owned by Branded & Labeled, LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Do not copy or use any content without permission.
