Returns At A Glance

We want you to feel confident ordering from Branded & Labeled. Here’s a quick overview of our return guidelines:

• We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted for online store credit only
• Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
Customized/personalized and on sale items are final sale
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Contact Us First

If you experience any issues with your order, please email us at hello@brandedandlabeled.com within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery so we can review the situation and help make it right.

Our customer care hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST, and we aim to respond within 24 business hours.

Returns, Exchanges, & Store Credit

Because many of our pieces are made to order and printed after an order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. However, we are happy to provide store credit for non-personalized/custom eligible items.

Items may qualify for a store credit if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • It is returned in original condition with tags attached
  • You contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery
  • The item is shipped back within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued via email within 5 business days.

**Branded & Labeled reserves the right to refuse your return if any of the above criteria is not met. Your returned items will then be returned back to you and will be subject to a shipping charge.

Promotions, Freebies & Shipping

Freebie Items
From time to time, we may offer complimentary items when certain order requirements are met. If your order is returned or adjusted and no longer meets the original promotion requirements, the value of the free item will be deducted from your store credit or exchange amount.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Add-Ons & Shipping
If you place an order that does not qualify for free shipping and would like to add additional items afterward, a separate order must be placed. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply, as orders cannot be combined once they have been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Custom or wholesale orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Socks
  • Stickers
  • Candles
  • Blankets
  • Hats and beanies
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Grab bags, mystery bags, IG story deals

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll review it quickly and make it right as soon as possible.

Gift Returns

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit for the return amount (minus shipping costs) will be emailed once the returned item is received.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the store credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s email address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Branded & Labeled is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Address Changes

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or change the shipping address. Please be sure to enter your correct mailing address before placing your order.

If a package is shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Policy Updates

As our business continues to grow, our policies may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
